Trump Tower will become one of the new iconic structures of Jeddah in this innovative new venture by Dar Global and The Trump Organization. The announcement follows the success of the project at the AIDA development, one of the world’s most prestigious and expansive premium mixed-use ventures. According to this, it was a remarkable success in strength, collaborating with Dar Global, international real estate developer, along with The Trump Organization, famously known worldwide for its prestigious upscale properties.
Dar Global’s Chief Executive Officer, Ziad El-Chaar said that the new business venture would transform the rising real estate market in Saudi Arabia. “The Saudi deal will be an effective collaboration between the two firms in an effort to entice more international investors and holiday makers,” he explained. El-Chaar continued, saying that the cooperation showcases the firm’s resolve to grow its business globally by expanding its reach into leading global markets and elevating the luxury lifestyle bar within the region.
The Jeddah project represents Dar Global’s entry into the Saudi coastal city and forms part of its overall strategy to expand its portfolio in prime locations across the Kingdom. A part of the Saudi mega-developer Dar Al-Arkan, Dar Global is making strategic inroads into high-demand real estate sectors. The company oversees projects worth $5.9 billion across six countries: the UAE, Oman, Qatar, the UK, Spain, and Bosnia.
